Gemma Evans- Senior Youth Worker
Hi, my name is Gemma Evans. I'm the Senior Youth Worker at Peninsula Youth for Christ and I've worked for the centre for 5 years. It has been a privilege developing the youth work at PYFC. Everyday is very different and the young people at the Hundred of Hoo School definitely keep me on my toes!!
Ivan Wallis - Chair of the Trustee Body
I'm Ivan Wallis. I am a retired secondary school teacher but I am still involved with educational projects in Kent. I am married with two grown up sons. We have lived in Cliffe Woods for over twenty five years and worship at Saint Helen's Cliffe. I believe that God has led me to places and people where and whom I can serve. That is why I have become a trustee of PYFC, and I will try to support the mission to spread the Good News of Jesus to the young people of the peninsula.
Charlotte Ferris - Secretary to the Trustee Body
I'm Charlotte Ferris, and I've been a trustee with PYFC for three years and am also Secretary to the Board of Trustees. PYFC is based at the school where I work in the Sixth Form Welfare. I'm married and have two daughters, one at university and another in sixth form. I attend St Mary's Island Church in Chatham which is an LEP. My husband, Martin, is the Pastor there, representing the United Reformed Church.
Jayne Lingham - Treasurer to the Trustee Body
Hi, I'm Jayne Lingham. I'm married and have two children. I have lived on the Hoo peninsula all my life, living now in High Halstow. I accepted Jesus Christ as my Saviour and Lord 13 years ago and have worshipped in High Halstow at St Margaret's since that time. I can say with certainty that God led me to be involved with PYFC, initially as part time administrator and lately as a trustee and treasurer, and I thank and praise Him for His leading.
