Get Involved with Peninsula YFC

There are a number of ways in which you may like to get involved with our mission to bring the good news of Christ to the young people of the Hoo Peninsula.

Becoming a Trustee.
If you have a gift for organisation, guidance and administration, a Trustee of PYFC helps and advises Gemma in her work as well as providing the necessary oversight of PYFC. There are regular meetings, which both set and monitor the forthcoming plans and developments. At the current time, we would like to expand the board of trustees to meet the future growth of PYFC and would particularly welcome a potential treasurer!

Volunteer at the school.
The core work of PYFC is helping the young people who attend the Hundred of Hoo School. This can be in the form of group work, individual guidance and involvement in RE lessons. Volunteers are welcomed to assist Gemma with her small group/individual programmes, particularly as a 'Listening Ear'.

Fund Raising.
As with all charitable trusts, PYFC needs financial support in order to expand its mission. If you can bring knowledge or expertise of raising funds then this would enable us to expand and deepen our mission.
